More than 2 billion rubles will be allocated under the state program for the construction of social facilities

Within the framework of the implementation of the subprogram of the Republic of Dagestan, the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of the North Caucasus Federal District for the period until 2025” this year will allocate more than 2 billion 244 million rubles. Of these, federal budget funds will amount to almost 1 billion 473 million rubles, 34 million 300 thousand rubles will be financed by the regional budget, the remaining 737.5 million rubles will be financed from extrabudgetary sources.

According to sources, at present agreements have been signed on granting subsidies for the implementation of subprogram activities with the main distributors of federal budget funds: the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Northern Caucasus Affairs. The beginning of financing from the federal budget is expected in March – April 2017.

In total in the current year within the framework of the activities of the subprogram it is planned to build two social and infrastructure facilities. So, in 2017 it is planned to commission a district hospital in the village of Gurbuki in the Karabudakhkent region, a reconstructed hospital in the village of Botlikh of Botlikh district, as well as complete the implementation of measures for preparing the reservoir and the downstream of the Gotsatlinskaya hydroelectric power station.

In addition, a number of projects aimed at socio-economic development of the republic are planned to be implemented under the same subprogram.

As previously reported by the news agency, three projects of the Republic of Dagestan were selected by the Interdepartmental Working Group under the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, two of which envisage the construction of greenhouse complexes in AgroMir LLC and Yugagroholding LLC located in the capital towns of Lenkent and Shamkhal-Termen. The third project involves the construction of a plant for the production of gypsum and gypsum-containing building materials in the industrial zone of the village of.
